My name is Ingrid Sammut and I am the founder of Aphrodite Holistic Wellness Lounge located in Gzira. I have always wanted to establish a wellness hub to support and empower our community to achieving holistic wellness. My main purpose was to create a space for ultimate relaxation, serenity and holistic wellness and to provide a warm and welcoming environment, allowing you time to unwind and deeply rest, heal and nourish your mind and body. At Aphrodite Holistic Wellness we provide a variety of holistic wellness services that support individuals physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and socially.
My team of highly knowledgeable and experienced practitioners offer a wide variety of services and activities to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
