To create a new concept on the island that promotes a holistic approach to wellness, that provides and cares for the whole person

– a holistic integration of all your wellbeing needs, addressing the 5 elements of holistic health and wellness:

~ Physical (fuelling the body)

~ Emotional (managing feelings and behaviour)

~ Mental (engaging the mind)

~ Spiritual (nurturing the spirit)

~ Social (contributing to the environment and community)

It is rooted in the understanding that all these aspects affect your overall health, and being unwell in one aspect affects you in others.

It is an approach to wellness that views all aspects of an individual’s life and how they interact with their environment.

This idea of holism is based on the notion that these dimensions of wellness should be in balance.  Holisticwellness has proven

to be particularly beneficial in combatting today’s mental health struggles…stress, anxiety, fear, depression. 

 

Studies have shown that this approach contributed to reduced levels of stress amongst academic students and the workforce, as well

as stay-at-home individuals
